Rubber handles

Thick rubber grips have been specially designed for this equipment. Perfectly match the rod diameter.

Thanks to such grips, training on the bar is safe and comfortable.

Twelve mounting holes

By using 12 mounting holes with a diameter of 11 mm, the rod can be stably attached to both the wall andceiling.

An appropriately large diameter of the holes will allow you to use the most powerful assembly system.

Punching bag holder

The rod has been equipped with a strong grip for the punching bag. We made it from 3 mm thick sheet metal, thanks to which it will withstand eventhe most intense training.
