Power Rack Body Craft F430 is a versatile workout station with a wide range of use. The sturdy 90-kg frame can carry a load of up to 540 kg. Along the entire length of the rack, there are holes for adjusting the barbell holders. The holes are always 5 cm apart. The holders serve as a safe place to put your barbell on, either from the inside or outside. As long as the holders are paired, you can use them as a safety while doing squats with a barbell. The upper bar serves as a cross-bar, but can also be used as an anchor point for suspension systems, resistance bands and other similar exercise equipment.
