While making squats, you don’t have to lift the barbell off the ground, which often leads to a back injury, but you lift it directly from the rack. Weightlifting is therefore much safer. The height of PowerLine Squat Rack Body Solid PSS-60X can be adjusted in the range of 76 and 153 cm, allowing you to adjust the rack according to the needs of individual users.
