Make the most of the panel

Use the LED panel regularly, preferably 1 to 2 times a day for 5-30 minutes at a time. You should place the panel 15 to 60 centimeters away from your body. However, it’s better to start at a greater distance and move the panel closer gradually. The light intensity is also important.
