Then there are performance programs, which are divided into 3 levels – beginner, medium and advanced. The really tough users can use the F-Plus level, which allows you to add one more resistance level to the final, 24^th one.

Another great feature of this rower is its long, 130-cm rail, which provides enough room for users up to 210 cm in height. Boasting a max load capacity of 150 kg, the machine is suitable for both gym and home use. But wait, there’s more. You can also pair the bike not only with a heart rate monitor but also the popular fitness app Kinomap. As a result, you will have all training data at your fingertips!
