Aerobic Step AS500 offers three height positions in the range of 10 – 15 – 20 cm, thus the exercise intensity can be regulated. The regulation of height is performed simply by the delivered height-adjustment blocks. With dimensions of 119 x 41 cm the step is suitable not only for aerobic steps, but also for comfortable stretching exercises or training of thighs, abs and glutes in a lying position.
