You will fall in love with the Twist Stepper Legro‘s simplicity and quiet running. As its name suggests, the exercise is aimed at strengthening your inner and outer thighs as well as your glutes. The length-adjustable rubber resistance bands, which are attached to the stepper with two small carabiners, allow you to exercise the entire body. You can also adjust the stride length (by loosening the regulation knob at the front).
