These balls are used in rehabilitation and in various style of exercising. You can also use Sensyball to perform many kinds of exercises at home. The exercising with the ball is slow and aimed predominantly on improving of body posture and muscular disbalance. These exercises employ deep stabilization core muscles – including neck muscles, back muscles, abdominal muscles and mucles of pelvic floor.
