The Aerobic Exercise Step Platform inSPORTline AS250 is a versatile exercise accessory that you will not get bored with. Made of solid plastic with an anti-slip surface, this platform provides support not only during aerobic exercise. Thanks to the two pairs of removable bottom panels, you can adjust the height of the platform to 10, 15 or 20 cm. The legs feature non-slip rubber pads, so you can really go for it during the workout.
The Aerobic Exercise Step Platform inSPORTline AS250 allows you to exercise both the upper and lower body, helping you improve your strength, dexterity and coordination. And if that’s not enough, you can also use other accessories, such as dumbbells or resistance bands. Last but not least, its low weight makes the platform easy to move/carry.
