Product description:
TSR BATTLE ROPE TRAINING ROPE is a braided plastic elastic rope with a width of 3.5 cm and a tight, dense weave giving the rope the right weight for training.
The material chosen for the rope is polypropylene with special fibre properties, which are flexible, yet very strong and hard. Both ends of the rope have a special rubber finish, which prevents disentanglement and provides a comfortable grip to protect hands from abrasion.
The rope is available in 3 lengths: 9, 12 and 15 metres. The greater the length, the heavier the rope, which affects the intensity of training.
Product use:
Training with rope is a simple yet versatile way to build endurance, strength and conditioning. The rope is attached to a stable anchor point, folded in half and then, grasping the ends with hands, the entire rope is set in motion. Exercises in various modifications of rope movement engage almost the entire body intensively. Depending on the type of grip and the movement being performed (whipping, twisting, “slam”), individual body parts can be trained more intensively: chest, arms, abdomen, back, buttocks, legs. By the force of inertia, the rope provides natural resistance in the opposite direction to the movement being performed, so it perfectly engages opposite muscle parts within one training series.
