The Door Pull-Up Bar inSPORTline RK72 is a practical workout accessory that allows you to strengthen your muscles at home without taking up any space. All you need is a door! It can be quickly and easily mounted anywhere on the doorframe, allowing you to perform not only chin-ups but also push-ups.
The length of the bar can be adjusted between 79 and 107 centimeters. However, the recommended length is 92 centimeters at most. The length can easily be adjusted by rotating the bar. The quick-release locking mechanism prevents the bar from loosening and spinning. As a result, you can quickly and easily adjust the length of the bar to the width of your doorway.
