Freestanding Parallel Bars inSPORTline Power Tower PT050 make an ideal addition to every home gym. Exercising on parallel bars helps you shape and strengthen your triceps, shoulders and chest and deltoid muscles. You train using your own weight, which is the most effective way of exercising. More advanced users can exercise with additional weights for higher difficulty. There are two grips at the base for either regular or triceps push-ups (again, either using your own weight or with additional weights). The parallel bars’ longevity is guaranteed by the 70 x 50 x 2 mm steel frame. The grips are made of comfortable anti-slip rubber to make your training as enjoyable as possible. The whole frame is stable and doesn’t move while you exercise, thanks to the rubber caps on all corners of the base.
