The Weighted Hula Hoop inSPORTline Lite 69 – 135 cm is an innovative weighted hula hoop with an adjustable circumference, magnetic massage protrusions and a rotating weight to help you achieve optimal exercise results. It consists of 24 pieces which you can easily connect or disconnect to your liking. You can adjust the circumference around the waist between 69 and 135 cm.
Every piece of the hoop features an inner rail and a massage protrusion with a magnet. An anchor with four ball bearings is attached to the hoop, which ensures smooth operation. Then there’s the LCD screen that displays useful information such as time, calories burned, number of circles per minute and the total number of circles.
Attached to the frame above the screen is a strap at the end of which is a 500-gram weight. The strap with the weight is length adjustable between 15 and 27 cm; by adjusting the length of the strap, you also adjust the centrifugal force – the farther the weight is from the body, the more difficult the exercise.
