WA14 HMS is a wide roller for exercising the muscles of the whole body. The exercise roller has large, ergonomic and non-slip handles, thanks to which the hands do not slip. An additional advantage is the knee pad, thanks to which we can exercise without fear of abrasions.

The thickness of the WA14 HMS wheel allows the user to fully focus on the technique of the exercises, which translates into an increase in the effectiveness of exercises. Additionally, the WA14 HMS roller has a built-in return spring which, during training, helps the user to return to the starting position.
