Lava Stones inSPORTline Basalt Stones is a set of 36 grey pebbles of various sizes made of volcanic lava and can be used for a full-body massage. Hot lava stone thermo-therapy combines the power of three elements – Earth, Fire and Water – to provide maximum relaxation. The pressure of the hot stones penetrates deep muscle tissue and slowly relieves stiffness and tension. Basalt stones are heated in water around 40-55°C and then gradually placed on the body. The stones don’t burn and induce a deep feeling of peace and relaxation.
