Lava Stones inSPORTline River Stone is a set of 3 small, approximately 2-4 cm large pebbles made of volcanic lava and can be used for a massage of smaller body areas (i.e. face). Hot lava stone thermo-therapy combines the power of three elements – Earth, Fire and Water – to provide maximum relaxation. The pressure of the hot stones penetrates deep muscle tissue and slowly relieves stiffness and tension.
