Slide Disc Flux Dot allows you to slide easily on all types of interior surfaces where the smooth side of the disc is used on carpets, and the textile side is suitable for hard and smooth floors (parquet floors, standard floorboards in the gym and laminate floors). You can use either your feet or hands to do a variety of sliding exercises. The slide disc helps you improve your stability and limb coordination.
