The Power Rack PW60 is a multi-purpose power rack with various stations perfect for an intense home workout. The bench further expands your exercise options. So, if you already own a barbell and a set of weight plates, you’re good to go. All you have to do is attach the weight plates to the pulleys or the bench (depending on what kind of exercise you feel like doing). Since the stable frame with a durable surface coating offers a high weight limit, you won’t have to hold back.
The adjustable bench is perfect for dumbbell exercises and barbell bench press. The backrest can be adjusted to 5 different positions (including a negative angle), allowing you to find the most comfortable position for your workout. The bench comes with removable roller pads that are used for leg extensions/curls.
Wait, it gets better! When exercising with the pulleys, you can replace the original grip with one of the two extensions – a leg strap or a single-handed grip. At the upper part of the station, there are foam grips that can be used as a pull-up bar.
