Curved Upper Pulley Extension has an ideal biomechanical shape and as such allows you to exercise your arms in a complex manner. This bar features two pairs of comfortable rubber grips that allow you to alternate between wide or narrow grip and therefore strengthen your biceps, triceps and other arm muscles in a complex manner. The grips are made of a very soft rubber material with anti-slip grooving. The curved angle was designed to maximize the contractions of biceps and triceps.
