In the elegant black bag, you’ll find a folding Pilates bar, resistance bands (with various resistances), single-handed grips with straps (including stirrups), and a door anchor. This set allows you to exercise and stretch every muscle in your body, and save a lot of space while doing so.
The bands offer resistance from 13.7 to 22.7 kg. However, when you use them together, you’ll get a resistance of 109.2 kg. It’s entirely up to you what resistance you use. For maximum safety, the resistance bands are equipped with screw locking carabiners.
