The Plate-Loaded Leg Curl Machine inSPORTline Velocer is a heavy-duty strength training machine designed for effective, isolated training of the hamstrings and glute muscles. Thanks to its stable construction, ergonomic padding, and the option to load Olympic weight plates, it offers a natural movement pattern, high durability, and maximum comfort—even during intense strength workouts.

Isolated Hamstring and Glute Training

The machine is designed to specifically target the hamstrings and glutes, helping to build strength, muscle mass, and lower-body stability. The guided movement supports proper exercise technique while minimizing the involvement of unwanted muscle groups.

Plate-Loaded System and Durable Construction

Resistance is provided using 50 mm Olympic weight plates, allowing precise adjustment of training intensity according to the user’s level (plates not included). The heavy-duty steel frame with a 100 × 50 × 3 mm profile ensures high stability even under heavy loads. The practical storage pegs on the frame also allow for convenient plate storage directly on the machine.
