The inSPORTline Velocer plate-loaded rowing machine primarily targets the back muscles, especially the latissimus dorsi, the middle back, and the muscles between the shoulder blades. During exercise, the rear deltoids, biceps, and forearm muscles are also engaged to assist in pulling movements. Thanks to the stable body position and chest support, the motion is isolated and focused mainly on the upper body, allowing for effective strength building, muscle growth, and overall back strength improvement.
Independent Arms for Symmetrical Muscle Development
