The Punching Bag Chain inSPORTline Calboa is a hanging chain strap with 4 legs which attaches to the punching bag with strong carabiners, allowing for firm attachment. The swivel allows for an effective workout. This chain is 50cm long. It is recommended to attach the chain either to a ceiling-mounted hanger or to a wall-mounted (gallows-shaped) hanger.
