Adjustable Resistance Band CE3320 is suitable for exercising your shoulders, chest and back. Three resistance bands with differing resistance can be freely combined into 7 resistance levels. The set includes two soft grips that can be easily connected to the rubber bands. Because exercising with this product is so effective and because it is cheap compared to more complex training equipment, it has become a popular home-use accessory.
