Punching bag holder – gallows is a sturdy holder made of high quality steel. Profile dimensions of 4 x 4 cm ensure maximum durability of the holder. Punching bag holder – gallows is hung on metal plates that are attached to the wall with screws, making the holder easily rotated to the desired side. Load capacity up to 100 kg, arm size 76 x 76 cm. Finally, the holder is provided with a strong metal loop for hanging the punching bag.
