This inSPORTline Power Rack features two adjustable cable pulleys that are connected to weights (ranging from 2.5 to 50 kg). As a result, you can easily personalize your workout; you can choose from 20 different resistance levels, with the weight increasing by 2.5 kg. You can also adjust the height of the cable pulleys, which can be adjusted to 26 different positions to allow you to target every single muscle.
