LR8310 HMS is a Roman bench. It is used to train the extensor muscles of the back, buttocks and biceps muscles of the thigh.
This is a great isolating exercise where your legs are locked and you only flex the hip joint. As the torso descends, the buttocks and thigh muscles stretch a lot, and because their position is locked, they tighten very strongly to help the back extensor lift back to its original position. The greater the torso bend, the greater the commitment of the muscles to work. The bench can also be used to exercise the abdominal muscles.
The LR8310 has an adjustable angle of inclination and an adjustable backrest. Adjusting the angle will allow you to diversify your training in terms of its intensity. The adjustable backrest will allow you to adjust the equipment to the height of each user, and the handles on the back will facilitate setting in the right position. A solid structure made of the highest quality materials guarantees stability and safety.
The LR8310 HMS Roman bench is the perfect tool to build steel muscles.
