The exercising with Overball is slow and aimed predominantly on improving of body posture and muscular disbalance. These exercises employ deep stabilization core muscles – including neck muscles, back muscles, abdominal muscles and mucles of pelvic floor. Using Overball tightents your body and improves you posture. It can be also used as a sitting balance pad on a chair or driver’s seat.
