This machine is not just about the apps, though! It boasts as many as 36 preset programs, including an HRC program that will help you stay in the optimal heart rate zone. Then there are performance programs, which are divided into 3 levels – beginner, medium and advanced. The really tough users can use the F-Plus level, which allows you to add one more resistance level to the final, 24^th one.

Another great feature of this rower is its long, 130-cm rail, which provides enough room for users up to 210 cm in height. Boasting a max load capacity of 150 kg, the machine is suitable for both gym and home use. But wait, there’s more. You can also pair the bike not only with a heart rate monitor but also the popular fitness app Kinomap. As a result, you will have all training data at your fingertips!
