We present a set, which combines the DD11 bar with resistance bands. This combination gives many possibilities of exercising. Rubbers can be used for basic training, warm-up, mobility exercises, and also as an aid and relieve in some exercises. One of such exercises is pull-ups. It is an attractive option for people who are beginning their adventure with training. For advanced people, the maneuver with the elastic band will be useful in the final series, when training requires taking the weight off. Rubber stretched over knees or feet, will relieve some stress on muscles, allowing you to focus on the proper technique. For beginners, it will give the possibility of performing, unattainable so far, pull-ups on a bar. When you want to perform a workout with elastic bands, a common problem is lack of space to attach them. With this set, such problems will not occur. Rubbers can be very easily attached to the bar, and thus perform many exercises with their use, on different muscle groups. Exercises for chest, back widest muscles, biceps, triceps or leg muscles will not be a problem. Such a set will allow you to perform a comprehensive training of the whole body. An additional advantage is that both the bar and rubbers are products of the highest quality. The DD11 is a bar, which does not require assembly, is immediately ready for use. It works on the principle of leverage. Simply unlock the hooks and lock it between the doorframe and frame. The foam grips ensure a comfortable grip and protect against fingerprints. The safety locks on the bar prevent damage to the door frame. The curved grips at the end of the bar support the natural movement of pulling the elbows towards the torso when pulling up. Pull-ups are a difficult but very body building exercise. During the movement we engage to work the muscles of forearms, biceps, abdominal muscles as a stabilizer and of course the entire group of back muscles, led by the widest back. Resistance bands, and above all, their closing circle shape, will allow you to engage even more muscles in your workout, which guarantees a powerful and effective workout. The elastic bands are made of strong, flexible latex, which will ensure their long life and make them generate even resistance during each workout. Regular training with elastic bands will effectively strengthen every muscle part and increase the flexibility of joints, as well as help you burn redundant body fat, while improving your stamina.
