Kirjeldus
The Senso cushion with a diameter of 34 cm is used to strengthen the lumbar spine, improve balance and promote concentration. It is used as a seating mat or as an unstable surface for balance exercises. When used on a chair, sit on the mat in front, with the pelvis tilted forward.
