Kirjeldus
The Senso cushion with a diameter of 34 cm is used to strengthen the lumbar spine, improve balance and promote concentration. It is used as a seating mat or as an unstable surface for balance exercises. When used on a chair, sit on the mat in front, with the pelvis tilted forward. We recommend a shorter sitting time to begin with, which you can gradually increase. The cushion is inflatable, using a needle valve to regulate the amount of air in the mat.
