Kirjeldus
The Senso cushion with a diameter of 34 cm is used to strengthen the lumbar spine, improve balance and promote concentration. It is used as a seating mat or as an unstable surface for balance exercises. When used on a chair, sit on the mat in front, with the pelvis tilted forward. We recommend a shorter sitting time to begin with, which you can gradually increase. The cushion is inflatable, using a needle valve to regulate the amount of air in the mat. The more you inflate the cushion, the harder the exercise becomes as balance is more difficult. The top side is fitted with spikes.
