Tubing is a flexible latex tube with a round profile. It is used in rehabilitation, in the gym, at home and on the road. A wide range of exercises for the entire musculoskeletal system of the body can be performed using tubing. Exercising with tubing provides nerve stimulation to develop endurance, speed and strength. Exercises can be performed in different directions by placing the band at different heights, e.g. above the head, chest height or at lower body level.
The tubing comes in a yardage in 2 resistance levels (red, green):

Level I (light) – red
Level II (medium) – green

The price is per 1 m of Tubing.
When ordering, select the number of metres by selecting the number of pieces. We will send the ordered quantity in one piece.
Before each use of the Tubing, check for any small nicks or tears in the equipment that could cause the rope to break.
