Doorway Pull-Up Bar with Resistance Bands is a multi-purpose bar for complex training of both the upper and lower half of your body. Two resistance bands with stirrups are included, so you can use them to exercise your arms and legs. Doorway Pull-Up Bar with Resistance Bands features two soft grips for pull-ups. There are two safety clips to secure the bar to the doorway safely.
