The Water-Filled Punching Bag Wabaq is basically a tank of durable PVC which you can fill with water and use as a punching bag. The water not only absorbs shocks but also makes the bag swing less than the sand-filled ones. The sturdy screw safety valve prevents water leak.

The Water-Filled Punching Bag Wabaq was designed not only for practicing punching (fist and elbow) and kicking technique, but also to help the user maintain correct body posture. When filled with water, the bag is 120cm high and 29cm in diameter. You may also appreciate the chrome chain for hanging the bag.
