Vinyl Sliders are a pair of discs that will strengthen your entire body and deep muscles. The principle of the exercise is based on sliding across the floor using your body weight to strengthen different parts of your body such as your legs, thighs and glutes, all at the same time. The great advantage of the gliding movement is the great variability and range of exercises and the gentleness to the joints during the exercise. They can be used on both arms and legs and especially on all kinds of interior surfaces, with the smooth side being used for carpets and the textile side for hard and smooth floors.
