These poles are designed for walking and Nordic walking to support these activities. The fixed length of the pole guarantees 100% support, rebound and a low weight. Thanks to a high-quality strap and handle the poles fit precisely in the hand, increase safety, comfort and efficiency during the Nordic walking. A cork section of a handle ensures a comfortable grip.

Walking with the poles exercises almost all the muscles of a body. Walking is one of the healthiest forms of exercise, as it uses most of body’s muscles and unlike jogging, it is easy for knee joints. Using trekking poles also trains an upper body to maintain correct posture and exercise arms. The poles are fitted with rubber tips to ensure good contact between the pole and a ground. The rubber tips can be removed for use on a soft ground. New replacement rubber tips are for purchase available.
