A set of resistance rubbers 11 pcs. ACF-1450

A set of resistance rubbers consisting of 11 elements:

2 soft handles

1 anchor for assembly,

2 ankle straps

plus a bag for the kit

 
Each of the 5 rubbers has a different resistance.

The color of the rubber determines its resistance and its loads that a particular rubber has:

Yellow – 4.5 kg

Red – 6.8 kg

Blue – 9 kg

Green – 11.5 kg

Black – 13.5 kg.
