The Multi-Purpose Bench Hero B130 allows you to do bench presses at home! The sturdy frame provides an incredible weight limit of up to 272 kg (including weights). The bench is not huge, though, so it won’t take up much space. The barbell hooks also serve seat adjustments points – the seat can be adjusted to 4 different positions, allowing you to focus on different muscle groups. Since there are 7 hooks on the frame, you can safely put the barbell away anytime.
When you get tired of the bench press, you can exercise with the leg extension/curl attachment (which uses weight plates to adjust the resistance). The weight plate storage pegs are 25 mm in diameter. However, you can also use 50mm extensions (which are included).
