PRB01 HMS is a set of two reflex balls. They are used to train speed, coordination and precision of strokes. They are mainly used in boxing training. They will also be useful in other combat sports, as well as in any sport where the speed of reaction of the hands plays an important role. They will work as a warm-up before a fight or as an interesting complement to training.
With the PRB01 HMS, precision and speed exercises will be possible anywhere as the set takes up very little space and is therefore easy to take with you. It contains two balls of different weight. The weight of the ball is selected depending on the level of advancement.
Set contains:
- Two balls – red and black – of different weight
- Headband
- Two lines for attaching the balls
