The backrest can be adjusted to 8 different positions (0° – 63°) while the seat to 5, allowing for a comfortable workout. The adjustment is easy – you can do it with one hand. The sturdy steel frame has a weight limit of 120 kg while the anti-slip rubbed pads secure the bench in place. The practical wheels and handle will come in handy when you need to move the bench from one place to another.
